About Us

Remote working was always something that I did not fully embrace as an employment option.  Frankly, many of my performance issues involved employees who worked from home.

Then I started looking at Remote Working as an employee benefit.  Something employees could do a few times a month.

More recently, I supported an organization with a solid remote working hybrid model.  Where employees came into the office and worked remotely on set days.  It worked!


Never did I anticipate COVID-19; ghosted streets and 100% remote; ready or not.

So, now more than ever, we all need a place to go for guidance, information, a good laugh and to share our experiences because the research is abundantly clear - the most disengaged employees are the ones that come to work every day and the ones that work remote every day.
